An Armagh man makes the move from his home of 40 years to a new build, which he can enjoy with his five children and 16 grandchildren. The brief is for a traditional country-style family home, and design features include a statement entrance hall with a bespoke mirrored sideboard and custom-made seating and curtains. There's also a look at the beginning of a design project in a Helen's Bay new build with sea views, a floating staircase and a cinema room.
