Helen & Dan Wright in Oxfordshire get the Secret Location treatment. Having moved around for Dan's work, they are finally able to put down some roots. There are tears of joy at the houses-but will they turn to despair when they find out where they are.

Today, Sunita is with Cathie &Tim in Edinburgh. Their wedding is on hold until they find the perfect marital home. But after a year of searching the pricier parts of the city they've turned to Sunita to show them bigger & better than they've seen before.

Sunita is on the hunt with Pav & Kabir. Since starting a family, they've wanted to leave East Ham for pastures new. But with Kabir scared of moving too far out of the East End, Sunita hopes there isn't fireworks when he finds out where she's taken him.

Sunita is in West Lothian with Zoe & Chris. They've looked for over a year in a tiny search area but with a big wishlist. Sunita finds them a house they love, in a n area they don't. When the location 's revealed, will they be able to see past it?

Sunita is helping mother & daughter, Angie & Leia in West London. Leia wants a one bedroom party pad but Angie thinks her daughter should be sensible & move further out for a two bed. It's up to Sunita to introduce them to areas they'd never look.

Today Sunita is with Anil & Selina in London. They've viewed a whopping 150 properties in Highbury & have finally realised they need some help. By moving locations, Sunita is able to show them the best properties they've been able to afford.

Today, Sunita helps Rebecca and Emma find a half million pound family friendly home. Their home in London's Forest Hill has proved impractical and they need more space. But they prove to be Sunita's trickiest customers yet.
