This time on Did You Know Movies we're looking at how Venom (2018) was Sony's 4th attempt at making a Venom movie, among other facts about Tom Hardy's Venom. There were several attempts at making a Venom movie Linked to Spider-Man 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man, but a solid basis for a Venom movie didn't emerge until after Sony and Marvel made an agreement for Spider-Man to enter the MCU, which is base don the comic books.
