But her younger sister Jessica, who will be renting a room from her, has strong opinions about exactly what they need in the perfect house. Shannon wants vintage charm, but Jessica wants a fully-upgraded and modern kitchen. Between sibling rivalry and Shannon's limited budget, this house hunt may come to an end before it even gets started.
