A gigantic spaceship impacts in the center of an Earth city. 16 years later, a new metropolis has been built around the spire of the embedded spaceship. Young A-Ko is trying to cope with fitting into her new school and her motor-mouth friend C-Ko. The rich, stunning B-Ko tries to ruin the "new girl" by fighting her with giant robots, super exoskeletons and a girl who looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger in pony tails. Oh, did I mention that A-Ko has superpowers? Amidst her "normal" trials, A-Ko also has to deal with an alien armada trying to track down their lost princess.

It's summer in Graviton City, and the girls all have a break from school! A-Ko decides to lose a few inches, C-Ko makes a list of all the cool things that she'll buy, and B-Ko vows to get A-Ko out of the way once and for all so that she can have C-Ko to herself. To this end, she designs a new giant mecha, better than all the others. But her father steals her designs and uses them to attack the crashed alien spacecraft (now high-class restaurant) in an attempt to steal the advanced technology of the aliens.

In the middle of another break from school, A-Ko dreams of finding the perfect boyfriend. Because of this, she and C-Ko get into an argument that leads to C-Ko running away and nearly getting hit by a motorcyclist named Kei. While working part-time at a fast-food restaurant to raise money for a party dress, A-Ko meets Kei and immediately falls in love with him. B-Ko happens to like him as well; however, both A-Ko and B-Ko are unaware that C-Ko is the apple of Kei's eyes.

She's wearing a heart-shaped crystal with a hexagram inside, and is chanting mysterious prayers in private. At the ruins of an ancient civilization, an archaeologist spies a hexagram among the hieroglyphics. Deep in outer space, an alien fleet is on a course for Earth, and its flagship bears the same hexagram shape.
