Before kicking off the Stress Test, the contestants are revealed the true identity of the mysterious shadow man. He is Davide Scabin, a famous Italian chef and historic friend of MasterChef, who with attention and critical spirit will test and stress the aspiring chefs in just 10 minutes to discover their potential.
