The Gundam Meisters are being sent off to investigate the terrorists responsible for the indiscriminate bombings in the Union, HRL and AEU. In Scotland, Setsuna attempts to capture one of the bombers, but was nearly apprehended by a Scottish Authorised Firearms Officer after firing his pistol if not for Marina's intervention.
