Self-described hippie, Krista, is looking for an older wood-home with character, a garden, good spiritual energy and space to practice yoga. Army vet, Ryan, wants an energy efficient and low maintence home. He's pushing for a new house with stainless steel appliances, a 2 car garage and a yard without a single blade of grass.
